  1. What is the difference between HD and Transparent lace?

  • HD Lace is an illusion of the lace being invisible and undetectable around the hair line. It is said to melt into one’s skin during the customization process, creating the luxury of not knowing the real vs the fake. It also blends very well with all skin tones.

  • Transparent Lace also provides a natural hair line that blends well with most skin tones.

2. What does density mean?

  • Density is the weight and volume of the wig. The fullness of the wig is most desired. We provide 150%-180% density to give a superstar and glamor full effect install. Which could weight 360g-400g per unit.

3. Is this human hair?

  • Yes, this is 100% Top Quality, Virgin Human Hair.

4. Does this hair sheds?

  • Yes, all human hair sheds. However, our extensions and wigs have little to no shedding. With proper care of hair extensions you can limit the amount of shedding. Ex. Do not leave hair in knots, small rubber bands, or use small tooth combs. Please purchase a silk scarf or bonnet to protect hair from dryness. 

  • Excessive use of heat, heavy oils and chemicals will cause shedding as well.

 

 

5. Can I make changes to my order?

  • ​Once your order is submitted, you will not be able to cancel or make any changes. Please be sure to check for accuracy before submitting your request. This includes products, billing and shipping information. If your order is flagged for discrepancies, it will delay the process of completion.

6. Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?

  • ​Business hours for pickup is 10:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri. Central Standard Time. NO orders will be available for pick up on weekends, holidays, or after 5pm CST. Select this option at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, customer will be notified via email for pickup location. *Please wait to receive email for pickup*


7. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

  • All orders are reviewed within 24-48hrs. All hair extensions, wigs and lace is ordered upon request. After payment has process, your order will be placed. New orders can take up to 5-7 business days.  Standard shipping estimated time is 2-3 business days. If order is placed on a weekend, your order will process on the next following business day.

8. Can I get a refund?

  • All Sales Are Final. All wigs, lace, and cosmetics are non-refundable or exchangeable for sanitary reasons. Hair extensions can be exchanged for equal value of what is currently in stocked. All items must be in original packaging and unaltered. All Customers are given 15 days to contact Rare Rose Beauty support via email rarerosebeauty@yahoo.com or call us at (618) 360-7273 to address any concerns or possible exchanges.

  • Otherwise, all sales are final.
