Please be sure to check your order for accuracy, this includes products, billing and

shipping information. You will not be able to edit this information once it is submitted. If your order is flagged for discrepancies, it will delay the process of completion. 
 

Please allow all orders to be reviewed within 24-48hrs. All hair extensions, wigs, and lace is ordered upon request. After payment has processed, your order will be placed. New orders can take up to 5-7 business days. Standard shipping estimated is 2-3 business days. If your order is placed on a weekend, the process will begin on the next following business day.

All Sales Are Final. All wigs, lace and cosmetics are non-refundable or exchangeable for sanitary reasons. However, we understand mistakes happen, so contact us immediately if an error occurs. If error is made by Rare Rose Beauty, we will correct the error and honor the refund, if desired.. Hair extensions can be exchanged for equal value but are limited to what is currently in stock. All customers are given 15 days to contact support via email rarerosebeauty@yahoo.com  or call us at 618-360-RARE to address any concerns and possible exchanges. Otherwise, all sales are final, no refunds.

Business hours are Mon-Fri. 8:00am-8:00pm CST. for Customer Service. Pickup hours are Mon-Fri. 10:00am-5:00pm CST. Online website is available 24hrs. We are closed Sat. & Sun. for customer service and pickup.
